Hiking Tips

June 12, 2017

How to ensure safety on the trekking is very important for those who love the woods. Hiking through the woods, embrace the nature, there are some security problems.

1, Hike through a single-plank bridge: direct pasting is kind of a acrobats, footsteps across the same width as shoulder, and walk with your toes outward, eyes looking at the front for about a meter, step by step firmly on the bridge, quickly walk. If the bridge is not long, a little faster is much better than the slow pace. As long as keeping the balance, you can passed it quickly.

2, Hiking through broken gravel: the first test if the stone is stable in the gravel , to avoid sudden step on the stone, as it is so easy to lose balance and slip or cause injury.

3, Hiking through the plank road: it refers to the narrow path at a cliff, one side is the gorge wall, the other side is the valley, only one person can pass at a time. As people are carrying backpacks, if suddenly turned or squat, backpacks will often encounter the rock wall and may push you out of the path causing danger. The correct way is to move sideways slowly towards the rock wall.

4, Hiking cross the river: when the depth of the river is not clear, detect the depth of the river ahead of you with a stick of your height. Avoid barefoot. Not taking your shoes off is more secure. There stones in the river can be timid and sharp and may scratch your foot, to choose dry stones to pace on, wet stones is slippery. To confirm that the stone is not easy to shake (also available in a small wooden stick in front), and then move the center of your gravity. Some stones are easy to shake, which will cause a fracture accident or ankle twist.

5, Hiking on rainy days: rain is the most annoying situation, the soil stick to the shoes, walking becomes very difficult. And the paths is also very slippery. So tie the lace when hiking, so as not to be stuck by the mud and shoes flip down. When climbing in the pit, it is best to use the shoes attached layer to increase friction to climb the child (anti-skid effect) or cane.

6, Hiking uphill: take natural step and pace, should not too much stride. If you take a big step to walk, the body will shake around and lose balance easier. Remember to avoid the knee being too high, try to use the thigh muscle strength to enhance the body. Meanwhile, avoid climbing trees or other plants, such as steep mountain road, should avoid walking up straightly, it is best to climb up through paths of lower angle.

7, Trekking downhill: Hiking downhill will generally feel very easy, but if lost the original walking rhythm, it is easy to fall and get injured. Can not run and jump, they may cause injure easily.

8, Hiking through weed shrub: firstly, we should wear long-sleeved clothes and trousers, observe the route and direction carefully to avoid getting lost. Do not follow the front of the people too tight so as not to be bruised by branches or get vegetation bruises. Always pay attention to the caves or stones within the grass so as not to fall into them, and keep an eye on the honeycomb or nest.

9, Hiking over the suspension bridge: Suspension bridge is more likely to shake around, it is best to pass one by one. Remember to remain in order so as to avoid danger. At the same time do not change the speed of walking, rhythmically walked over is fine.
